Located in Union County, our Union Shelter is the smallest of our facilities, and with good reason -- it serves the smallest of areas, one township!  The Township of Union historically had its own shelter for many years, but decided in the late nineties that it preferred the expertise of experienced animal control officers and staff to handle its animal control and sheltering operations. Union houses approximately 20-25 dogs and 25-30 cats, either picked up as strays from Union or surrendered from residents of Union. Anyone, however, may visit and adopt one of our deserving pets from this facility!  Please stop by and see if your lifetime friend is waiting here for you!
