SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAM

The Society takes a very pro-active position in regard to the neutering of pets, and actively contributes toward the reduction of unwanted, homeless animals. Those animals adopted from the Society are either spayed or neutered prior to adoption, or are adopted to the new owner with an additional deposit which is refundable only upon proof of neutering provided by their veterinarian. Privately owned animals may also be neutered at the Society's two Medical Departments at reasonable costs.
