Lady the Goat
I was rescued from someone whose heart wasn’t warm; I was neglected and thin and loaded with worms. Once at Popcorn Park and treated, I felt just like new; could I be the lucky lady sponsored by you?
Lady was rescued along with several other goats from an Atlantic County resident who was not caring for them. The local SPCA contacted Popcorn Park to hold Lady `temporarily' until good homes could be found. We treated her for internal parasites and nursed her back to health hoping someone might adopt her. Soon Popcorn Park was her permanent home, and after getting to know her personality, we named her Lady. Her two sisters, Maggie and Trouble, rescued at the same time, also remained at the zoo, and can be sponsored as well. Would you like to help with the costs of Lady's care and feeding?
