I was hungry and thin, no jungle's queen; neglected and tired, no jungle king's dream. I was unwanted and had nowhere to go; but soon found help in some loving souls. I was first taken to In-Sync, where I rested for a little time; but soon I was transported to the home that would be mine. Each day I eat well, and hear loving words spoken to me; each day I feel better and my soul feels more free.
Nyla is an 8 year old lioness rescued from a refuge in Texas where she was neglected and underfed. Nyla thanks the loving staff at In-Sync for making her way to Popcorn Park where she is beginning to feel like the regal being that dwells within her.
