One of the keys to creating a more humane world is in educating our children. Engaging them through activities they enjoy, such as coloring, is a successful way to help them learn. We have had a full-size, humane coloring book in the works for a while. We held a contest for the cover art, and the winning artwork by Deborah Pope of Bayville, NJ is pictured here. Due to the expense of printing an 8.5” x 11” coloring book, we have chosen to raise the funds specifically for this endeavor, rather than utilize existing funds needed for direct animal care and daily operations. We believe that you cannot put a price tag on the investment in teaching youngsters about kindness to animals. However, printing does have a cost. You can help us print 10,000 copies of our humane coloring book.
