Meet Baby - and although much bigger, she is the baby of a pair of strongly bonded friends. Nicki, (aBeagle/Jack Russell mix), and Baby, (a pit mix), have been with us since Feb. 2010 when their owner gave them up due to financial hardship. Both were adopted out separately and both were returned because they were miserable without each other. Nicki is the “mother” of the duo and is constantly looking out for Baby, the pit mix. She will not even take a walk until Baby is leashed up and ready to go. The pair is inseparable. They can be sponsored separately but if adopted, must stay together. They are both about 7 years of age.
