When I arrived at the shelter I was grimy and thin; lonely and forlorn was the state I was in. But my future looked up when John Bergmann happened by; I don’t know the reason, but I caught his eye. I traveled to Forked River under the General Manager’s wing; and soon had the best of everything. Sparx is my friend but could I call you mine? If you don’t mind that I’m deaf, we’ll get along just fine!
Cid came to us as a lonely stray in October 2009. Between then and June 2010, she was adopted and returned twice. She has a very high energy level, but moreoever, perhaps because she is deaf. Cid is just 2 years young this June, very bouncy and playful. Because of this, she is a little rough with small children, and although she is great with other dogs, she does like to chase cats. So for now she is having a great time on the Animal Haven Farm.
Cid would love you to share a part of your heart with her; she would also love a home, but only one with great patience to work with her deafness and energy level!
