My name is Cocoa, and I arrived with a friend; both of us needed our hearts on the mend. Someone who owned us had too many critters on hand; I never got to see much of the land. All were dogs but the Civet Cat and me; now I have space to play and feel finally free. Coatimundis are native to America and are found in the deserts of southwestern Arizona, southwestern New Mexico and parts of Texas.
