It is legal to own a bobcat in PA, but Leah's owner didn't know what to do about her chronic health problems. He brought her to Popcorn Park for medical treatment, and realized he couldn't properly care for her. She has enjoyed the company of Rajah and Titan ever since that time.
Bobcats are quite small cats, and rather elusive in the wild. Because of their size, some individuals think they'll make good pets.
