Van Gogh Update - Feb. 14-latest

Happy Valentine's Day from everyone's sweetheart, Vinnie Van Gogh! Vinnie had himself a great day today, surrounded by all of his valentines. He is just so happy these days that he forgets that there is anything wrong with him. Not only did Vinnie take a couple of extra long walks around his room, but he is now trying to pick up the pace to a little trot! He really gets his tail moving when his many friends surround him and cheer him on. Vinnie truly is feeling invincible, and he is our little miracle. It's hard to believe that just two short weeks ago, we didn't expect Vinnie to live to see tomorrow .......now, we are optimistic that he'll have a long, happy life ahead of him. Please don't get us wrong, Vinnie still has a long, long way to go. His major wounds under his front legs are still completely open and have a whole lot of healing to do, but the smaller wounds are starting to heal, and his head is looking better and better every day. Vinnie is one strong little guy though and with the excellent veterinary care that he is getting, combined with the love from our staff and the prayers and well wishes from our supporters, he is confidant that he'll be feeling great again one day.

Thank you all so much for your concern and support for our little guy. We are so grateful for your donations to our Res-Q Fund, which is the fund that enables us to bring little Vinnie back to life, along with so many others like him past, present and future. Please make a donation to our Res-Q Fund

Vinnie and all of us at Popcorn Park would like to wish you a Happy Valentine's Day, and thank you all for not forgetting America's little valentine, Vinnie Van Gogh. We'll update again soon.
