Most of the cats and kittens that the AHS has taken in are resting comfortably in unexpected quarters that were meant for nursing mothers and pups.
The extremely ill kitten with the badly infected eye has been treated and already adopted by AHS vet Dr. Holly Hansen.
The black cat featured in our Nursery Room gave birth to 3 kittens after her arrival.
All were treated for upper respiratory infections and are doing well.
Urgently needed is dry and wet cat food, kitty litter, catnip toys, and donations to our Res-Q Fund.
Top on our list is a lifetime of love for each cat -- all are sweet, not feral, and need a new start. For more information, call the AHS at 973-824-7080 or e-mail us. They range in age and would be happy to be on anyone's lap.
No animal was euthanized to make room for this huge number of abandoned cats. Please help us to help them.
