NJ WILDLIFE NEEDS HELP - HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
The wildlife of NJ needs serious, dedicated people to fulfill various aspects of saving our wildlife. Anyone who cares for our wildlife can help. Some of the things you can volunteer to do:
o Volunteer to assist licensed wildlife rehabilitators by becoming a "sub-permittee"
o Help wildlife rehabilitators find release sites - anyone with property can help
o Become a licensed wildlife rehabilitator
o Help build caging - donate materials, supplies, food
o Learn how to transport/pick-up/deliver wildlife safely to and from veterinarians, rehabilitators, shelters and release sites
o There are various other things like fund raising, public education, mailings, etc.
