Share-A-Pet Jessie Belle Has A Very Special Request

The Society ensures that every animal that comes through our doors is given plenty of food to satisfy their appetites. Sometimes it is more difficult for the extremely young animals or sick ones. And with the variety of animals we feed, it is costly.

Our birds receive the freshest seed, fruits and vegetables; the zoo residents are given a wide variety of specialized diets to suit their needs. The dogs, cats, puppies and kittens are fed Hill's Science Diet, but many, many need canned food to whet their appetites.

Our last trip to the pet food store for canned food ran in excess of $6,000. We are hoping that you will make this holiday one that will be satisfying for little tummies. Canned cat, dog, puppy and kitten food, and Esbilac will help!  Any of these items may be dropped off at any of our four shelters, or your donation will help feed all our residents.
