We have no fireplace or chimney ... we haven't left out any cookies or milk. Yet there are quite a number of `secret Santas', who without so much as a word, come in to the shelter and leave presents for the animals under our Christmas tree. The beautiful array of gifts pictured here grows quietly every day. And every day, there is another treat for a lonely pup, another toy for a cat who yearns for more to do, and more tasty food for hungry cats and dogs.

We believe this is the magic of Christmas, and we want to thank each and every one of you who has slipped in without notice and made a shelter pet's life a little happier. (And all of you who have dropped off goodies at the counter, too!)
