Several months ago, the Society ran a contest for a logo that would best portray the work of our organization. There were so many brilliantly talented artists, that the choice was not an easy one. As a matter of fact, it was so difficult that we chose two logos, which will serve different purposes.
The top logo at right is for the Associated Humane Societies - a piece of artwork that is just stunning and says it all! A humane society with a heart ... helping all types of animals. This logo will be incorporated in all our literature, stationery, tee shirts, decals and more. We are deeply grateful to Peggy Dreher of Bridgeton, New Jersey for this beautiful piece of art.
The second logo, at bottom right, will be for Popcorn Park only - a softly colored piece of art that will be directed towards the younger set - in caps, tee shirts, literature for kids and more. We are pleased to thank this logo's creator, Ted Hammond, presently of Elizabeth, New Jersey, but who is moving to Clinton, Oklahoma. We appreciate his support and his great artwork, and know he will continue supporting the Society from his new location.
We would also like to thank all of those who donated their time and talent to our cause, and submitted logos to us. As far as we're concerned, you're all winners in our book!
