According to Richard Yocum, President of the NJ SPCA, Tez has been returned to his Newark owners several days ago. Neighbors who live in an adjacent house have not seen the dog at all. We can only surmise that either the dog is not there or perhaps may be living inside the house or in the basement. But it has not been seen outside.
Mr. Yocum also said that a Petition that was put on the internet by another organization was not factual. That Petition was taken from the AHS website. The NJ SPCA "closed the books" on this cruelty investigation and so they say, returned the dog to its owner. The dog had old untreated wounds. The pictures tell the story. Would you want your dog to return to this owner?

WOULD AN ORGANIZATION EMPOWERED TO PREVENT ANIMAL CRUELTY ALLOW A DOG TO LIVE WITH AN OWNER WHO KEPT IT LIKE THIS?
THE YARD WAS CLEANED UP - NOT BY THE OWNER
THE DOG WAS TAKEN TO A VET FOR UNTREATED WOUNDS - NOT BY THE OWNER
A DOG HOUSE WAS PROVIDED- NOT BY THE OWNER

And the dog that Tez had bonded with is still at AHS, has been neutered and we will find him a better home than he once had.
