Billy, as he is affectionately known by our staff, was turned in by his owner due to illness. Not the owner’s illness … but Billy’s. Seems the puppy was diagnosed with pneumonia and his owner could not afford treatment. Fortunately, Billy’s owner did the right thing and surrendered Billy to us for necessary treatment.

Today, Billy is a happy and healthy, 10 week old, male Chihuahua/Terrier mix who divides his time between our executive offices and a staff member’s home. Billy is a little whirlwind who adores the people who spoil him daily and takes pleasure in socializing with other staff members’ pets.
