Glenda the Good Pig Rescued from Interstate

Dogs and cats are not the only "strays" that the Associated Humane Society rescues during its daily travels. Recently, the Society rescued Tammy the Turkey from the N J Turnpike. She is now living happily at Popcorn Park. Glenda, the Miniature Pot Bellied Pig, was about 2 months old when she was found in a carrier by the side of a heavily traveled interstate road. Thanks to the patience of our staff, she has shown herself to be more intelligent than her canine counterparts! Glenda is now housebroken and sits for treats. Now she is about 4 months old and the search is on for a lifetime commitment for her. (Tinton Falls)

Please contact us is you are able to provide a lifetime home for Glenda the Good Pig!
