A very pathetic pooch was found as a stray in Newark. she was obviously owned by the good condition she was in. But she is severelycrippled -- probably a birth defect to her front shoulders. She is between 2-3 years old. When our temperament tester met with Amber to evaluate her, Amber crawled into her lap and rested there. She is terrified to be in the shelter. At this point, there are no behavior problems, but she is in need of a loving, lasting lifetime commitment. File N-96939-F (Newark).
