According to a NJ SPCA spokesman, they have issued two summonses to Kisha Curtis who lives on the 19th floor of the 22 story building in Newark. The summonses were for lack of sustenance and abandonment.

No other information is available at this time. As soon as more information is given to the Society, including a court date, it will be included here, on our website.
