It was 1:00 a.m. when a Society Animal Control Officer picked up a dog with serious old injuries that had been found wandering. An injury to the eye and a large growth on the rear leg had been noted. He was sent to our Forked River facility where the vets have taken care of the dog and removed the eye and the mass.

The Boston Terrier is just one of the many animals that come through our doors in need of medical care. This dog is convalescing and is ready to go into a forever home. He is at the Society's Forked River facility (609)693-1900 where he is waiting for "a new leash on life".
Anyone wishing to donate towards the medical care of this dog or any future dogs that arrive, please donate to Patrick's Rescue Fund.
