Gidget, (right), is blind, and relies on her brother Moon Doggy, (left), to guide her.
June is Adopt-A-Cat/Kitten Month and it couldn't come soon enough for all of the homeless felines
that come through our door. One of our special cases comes from a home where Mom got pregnant and now Mom and the 4 kittens were packed up into a cardboard box and brought to the Society's Tinton Falls facility.
Mom has already been adopted out but her for babies are waiting for meowvelous futures! Gidget is a blind kitty and looks forward to the closeness and company of her littermate, Moon Doggy. Gidget relies on Moon Doggy to keep in contact with her and she is somewhat apprehensive when he is not by her side. Also from the same family is Gadget and Gizmo. All kitties have had their
inoculations, been treated for coccidia, de-worming and will be altered prior to adoption.
If you would like to adopt Gidget and her "seeing-eye" brother, just contact us or call 732-922-0100 and ask about the adorable twosome or their littermates.
The Society is open 7 days a week from noon until 5 p.m.
