Oscar is a handsome and happy boy of about 2 1/2 years old that was found as a stray in the city.  Poor Oscar was just skin and bones when he arrived but after several weeks of good care, he's gained more than 15 pounds and he's healthy, happy, and ready to move on.  Oscar is a big, joyful goofball that loves to bounce around and just be a class-clown.  He doesn't know his own strength when he plays and while he doesn't ever mean any harm, he will need a home with no young kids simply because he may inadvertently knock them over.  Oscar may be a clown, but he has excellent manners and takes treats and toys very gently.  He sits when asked, he's housebroken, and he's really such a good boy.  He'll need a home with no cats or small dogs, but he's happy to meet larger dogs.  You'll love this silly guy if you give him a chance!  File#29049  6/24/19
