Chester

Chester

This big, mushy man is Chester, a 9 year old Boerboel mix that had a home, but when his owner no longer wanted him, they turned him in and claimed to have found him as a stray.  Chester sure didn't deserve that, but this gentle giant doesn't let anything get him down.  Chester makes friends so easily and his tail goes into overdrive with every new person he meets. He can't get enough attention and nothing makes him happier than to lean against you and have you pet him forever.  Chester is strong, but he walks well on a leash, he sits instantly when asked and is very gentle with taking treats.  He gets a kick out of toys and will even trot after an occasional ball.  Chester is selective with other dogs and will need a couple of meets to ensure another dog is a good fit.  He needs a home with no kids, as a more quiet home would best suit him.  You'll love this big boy if you give him a chance!  File#29426  10/13/19
