Mamba is a big, beautiful 10 year old boy that was surely someone's loyal dog for his whole life, but that person sure let him down.  Mamba was found wandering the city streets with several wounds, suffering with infections, and with a huge mass on his shoulder.  After spending many weeks under medical care, Mamba has made such a recovery!  His mass has been removed and although it was malignant, it is not likely to spread, but will need to be watched in the future.  Despite it all, Mamba is such a good boy.  He is so loving, gentle, and so very friendly.  He makes friends everywhere he goes and he has excellent manners.  He's a strong boy, but walks well on a leash and sits nicely when asked.  He would do best in a home with older kids, just because he's older himself and needs his rest.  He's indifferent to other larger dogs so if you have one, bring them in to meet and we'll see how it goes.  Mamba would give anything to have a great home with a family that will love him, take good care of him, and spoil him, just like he deserves!  File#29524  3/1/20
