Gus 46168

Why hello there! My name is Gus and I am so happy to meet you! I'd love to come home with you, but let me tell you a bit about myself! I am just over 1 year old and a lover at heart! I first came to the shelter as a stray so I am still getting used to trusting hoomans but I get closer everyday. Recently I have enjoyed getting all the attention and my favorite spot to be loved on is right on my head! I am still a bit shy when it comes to new people but with a bit of patience and a handful of treats, I'm quick to warm up! An important thing to know about me is that I am positive for FIV. Often, cats who test positive for FIV are euthanized because we are considered unadoptable, which isn't true! FIV positive cats can live a normal life and can live among non-FIV positive cats without passing along the virus. I am longing to be brought to a good home with lots of love! Please give me a chance at finding a happy home!

Call to book an appointment with me at 973-824-7080!
