Freckles

freckles

Freckles made worldwide headlines a few years ago when he became lost during Superstorm Sandy, and was reunited with his family a year later.  Sadly, his celebration was short-lived when, in the years to follow, Freckles was found as a stray three more times.  His family finally gave him up for good, but not before the stress of the last few years had really taken a toll on poor Freckles.  He's about 8 1/2 years old now and Freckles has skin, eye, and ear issues, all of which are being treated, but all of which were likely brought on by stress.  This sweet, loving, playful boy just needs a stable, loving home where he'll get all of the love and good care that he deserves, and that he's obviously never had.  He gets along fine with most larger dogs and adores people of all ages.  He sure deserves a chance at a great life, if you'll give it to him.  File#28758  1/15/18
