Moon Pie

Moon pie

We just can't even imagine how a dog like Moon Pie ends up in a shelter.  Surely she had a home at some point in her life, but at 14 years old, the completely blind Yorkie became a matted, neglected stray.  She was microchipped, but it was never registered.  We've cleaned her up and treated her for a variety of minor medical issues, now Moon Pie is hoping that some good person will find it in their heart to give her a good home for the rest of her life.  She is an incredibly sweet little lady that has been blind for quite a while and is fine with it.  She's housebroken, so gentle, and loves rolling around in the grass, getting bellyrubs and lots of attention.  She gets along fine with easy going dogs and cats, and just wants a quiet, peaceful home, where she'll get to plop down beside you and have you love and care for her like she deserves.  You'll love little Moon Pie.  File#28971  6/14/19
