Van Gogh - Update - May 8

Our little buddy Vinnie Van Gogh has had himself in full puppy mode lately, so he finally calmed down today when it was video-time and you're seeing a more mature and subdued Vin-man. Vinnie has been quite the handful lately folks. The stronger he gets and the better he feels, the more he wants to be a silly little puppy. He's even gotten a little destructive and throws the occasional temper tantrum and chews on a wall for a few minutes. We do realize that we have created the new Vinnie The Menace, by spoiling him silly but hey, he deserved it! We are now working diligently on training him and he is learning more and more every day. Gone are the days of Vinnie barking like a loon for his breakfast. Now, he realizes that if he gets into a Vinnie-frenzy when breakfast is being prepared, he will not be served until he sits like a gentleman. He is also quite housebroken now and even walks quite well on a leash. Our little boy is growing up!

Vinnie could not go for his physical therapy consultation this week due to the little cold that he has now. We're hoping his sinuses clear up by early next week and then he gets on a schedule for his water therapy. We're all very excited to get him in the pool! We are starting two of our other "special needs" cases, Nina and Blossom, on physical therapy and are very excited for them. Stay tuned for their updates!

Thank you all, as always, for your continued support of Vinnie and all of our wonderful animals. We could not do what we do without your help. Our Res-Q Fund is what has brought Vinnie this far, yet he still has a long way to go. If you are able to contribute to our fund, please donate here.

Thank you all, and please stay tuned for more from the Invincible Vinnie!
