Van Gogh - Update- July 15

We must apologize for the delay in the Vinnie-O, but not only has it been sweltering hot here in Vinnie's hometown, but we've been working with our little guy quite a bit lately. We are so proud of the progress that Vinnie has made!

You all know that Vinnie has been in training for several weeks now with Paul Pagano from Bark Busters. Vinnie has learned so much and is much more mature these days. Besides his training, we have also been socializing Vinnie little by little with other dogs. You will see in this video that Vinnie is now quite the social butterfly, and has made

Vinnie has met lots of dogs at our facility over the many months that he's been with us, and we have always used extreme caution while introducing Vinnie to other dogs since the last encounter that he had with another dog so long ago, is what got him in the horrific condition he was in when he came to us so long ago. As Vinnie got better and better behaved with other dogs, we decided to take him on a few road trips. He has met both of his "moms" dogs and has done fantastic with socializing with them. As a matter of fact, his new best buddy is Rebel, a pit bull that is about Vinnie's age that belongs to his mom, "Breakfast".

Rebel had a sad story of his own .. he was given up by his owner at an extremely young age - three weeks old to be exact! Rebel was entirely too young to be taken from his mama and it took a lot of love and patience to turn him into the well behaved, wonderful dog that he is today. Rebel and Vinnie hit it off right away and the boys now enjoy playing together, running, and goofing around together. We are so proud of our little guy! During the video today, it was much too hot for the boys to run and play, but stay tuned .. we're sure as soon as it cools down a little, we'll have plenty of Vinnie and Rebel footage to show you.

If you haven't gotten your Vinnie t-shirt yet, you can order here online or stop by our facility to pick up a few. They are just beautiful and come with a very important message that Vinnie is very proud of. Thank you all again for following our boy on his incredible journey, and please stay tuned for more from the Invincible Vinnie!
