Meet Biz-L, a 2 year old German Shepherd -- gorgeous, well mannered, intelligent....and homeless. The male gent had developed epilepsy and is on medication twice a day. Sadly, his owner does not have enough time to take care of Biz-L ....he's too busy.
When Biz-L arrived at the Society, he had a seizure so it is believed that he was not being given the required medication. Now that the Society's veterinarians have the medication under control, the young, active dog is doing great. Unfortunately, this devoted socialized dog no longer has the companionship of the person he trusted.
A new lifetime commitment is needed. They bond strongly with their family...and now that bond of friendship is broken. Your donations help us to help unwanted dogs who wait for "a new leash on life".
Biz-L is one of many beautiful dogs at the Society's Newark Shelter. Many purebreds including Pomeranians, Poodles, Shi Tzus, Dogue du Bordeaux, Miniature Pinscher, Chihuahuas, Lab Retrievers, Pekingese, Rottweilers, Akita and more at Newark, Tinton Falls and Forked River shelters. For more information on Biz-L, call the Society at 973-824-7080 and refer to File 116256 of e-mail us. The Society shelters are open 7 days a week for your convenience.
