Our front cover story is about an AHS rescue from a New Jersey puppy mill breeder with hundreds of Chihuahuas and Shar Peis at her facility. Sick, blind, lame, heartworm positive - these dogs needed our help ... and as many of these dogs as we could rescue got it!
Several small dogs who were injured or appeared to have medical problems, were surrendered by their owners. To help them, we turned once again to our ResQ Fund.
